1. Shipping Destinations

1.1 Primary Service Area: Luckynunu currently ships to addresses within the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.). This includes all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

1.2 International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the U.A.E. We are continuously evaluating expansion opportunities and may update this policy accordingly. Please check back periodically for any changes to our shipping destinations.

2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

2.1 Standard Shipping:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.A.E.

  • Cost: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight/dimensions.

2.2 Express Shipping (When Available):

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UAE time) on business days are processed the same day.

  • Transit Time: Delivery within 1-3 business days in major metropolitan areas.

  • Cost: Higher rates apply; exact charges displayed at checkout.

2.3 Free Shipping Promotions: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly advertised on our website, with specific terms and conditions (minimum order value, eligible products, or time limitations) outlined in the promotion details.

3. Order Processing and Status Updates

3.1 Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. This email does not mean your order has shipped; it confirms we have received your order.

4. Shipping Restrictions and Special Considerations

4.1 Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Luckynunu is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

4.2 Delivery Attempts: Our carriers typically make two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be held at a local pickup point, and you will receive a notification with instructions. Packages unclaimed after 7-14 business days (depending on carrier policy) may be returned to us, with return shipping and potential restocking fees deducted from any refund.

4.3 Restricted Items: Some products may have special shipping requirements due to size, weight, or content restrictions. These restrictions will be noted on the product page. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that cannot be safely or legally shipped to your location.

5. Shipping Costs and Taxes

5.1 Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Delivery destination

  • Selected shipping method

  • Any applicable fuel or handling surcharges

5.2 Display: Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. You may view shipping options and costs by entering your address in the shipping calculator available on the cart page.

5.3 Taxes: All prices on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) as applicable under U.A.E. law. No additional customs duties or import taxes apply for shipments within the U.A.E.

6. Delays and Shipping Issues

6.1 Estimated Delivery Dates: Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guaranteed dates. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather events, carrier delays, customs inspections, or public holidays) may affect delivery times.

6.2 Delayed Packages: If your package appears to be significantly delayed based on tracking information, please:

  1. First check the tracking information for any carrier updates or delivery exception notices

  2. Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided

6.3 Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Verify the shipping address was correct

  • Check around your property (porch, garage, etc.)

  • Contact your local post office or carrier facility

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may reship the items or issue a refund at our discretion.

7. Returns and Shipping

7.1 Return Shipping for Defective/Wrong Items: If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

7.2 Return Shipping for Other Reasons: For returns not due to our error (change of mind, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified in our Return Policy. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

7.3 Refund of Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns not due to our error. If a return is due to our error, we will refund the original shipping cost along with the product price.
